From priorities to focus — in one streamlined workspace.
Choose what matters. Focus on it.
Plan your priorities, then run a focus session on one task — without switching tools. No signup required — priorities and sessions stay in your browser until you choose to export.
- Turn a busy list into clear priorities (urgent × important), then start a session from the task you picked.
- Work in timed focus blocks with breaks that actually help you reset (customize lengths in Settings).
- See your streak, totals, and session history on Progress — so you can repeat what works.
The Pomodoro method
Work in focused blocks (often 25 minutes), then take a short break. After a few rounds, take a longer break so you actually recover — not just switch tabs. Tune durations in Settings.
Use it well
- Name one concrete task before you start — clarity beats a vague “work”.
- Protect the timer: silence non-urgent alerts and postpone unrelated tabs.
- Take the break when it starts — stand, water, eyes off the screen.
- Adjust lengths in Settings if 25/5 isn’t realistic; consistency matters more than the exact numbers.
In Focovia: Priorities is where you choose; Session is where you focus; Progress closes the loop with today’s overview and your full history. Export JSON in Settings whenever you want a backup file.
